IFA AGBAYE OF THE YEAR 2025/2026 CAST AT OKE IGETI, ADO EKITI, THE ACTUAL ABODE OF ORUNMILA @ WORLD IFA /ORISA FESTIVAL AND SPIRITUAL PILGRIMAGE ON MAY 31/JUNE 1, 2025
May 25 - June 1
IFA AGBAYE OF THE YEAR 2025/2026 CAST AT OKE IGETI, ADO EKITI, THE ACTUAL ABODE OF ORUNMILA @ WORLD IFA /ORISA FESTIVAL AND SPIRITUAL PILGRIMAGE ON MAY 31/JUNE 1, 2025. UNDER THE UMBRELLA OF INTERNATIONAL CONGRESS FOR IFA/ORISA SPIRITUALITY ( ICIOS).
The Odu of the year revealed for the World as it affects all practitioners of Ifa and Orisa Spirituality in the year 2025/2026 is OWONRIN OGBE (OWONRIN SOGBE).
The Holy Odu Owonrin Ogbe revealed Ayewo Iku (Death) turning into Ire of (Victory) for all Ifa/Orisa devotees all over the world. However, there is a need to offer ebo with eyele ile, and eye oko; appase Egungun with akara, oole, akuko adiye; to feed Sango with a ram;to feed Esu with a he-goat, rat, and fish; feed Ifa with a hen, kolanuts, and gin; and catfish to feed our Ori.
For all Ifa/Orisa devotees, Ifa advises us to be very careful this year. Ifa says it is very important for us (ICIOS) to establish Esu Shrine at the Oke-Igeti Temple. We need to propitiate Esu with two big kolanuts and use another two kolanuts to also propitiate Ifa. Doing so will ensure that all the ire in the hands of Esu is dispensed to us this year.
Ifa instructed that the ebo be offered in Oyo State as well as the feeding of Sango with a ram, while Ifa, Egungun, and Egbe should be fed in Ekiti. Arrangements were immediately made for the ebo to be offered and the necessary propitiations.
Ifa says we must all venerate Ori individually with big catfish to enlist the support of Ori and ensure we receive all the ire that is due us on time. Ifa sends a message to all the Ekiti Obas that calamity shall not befall their communities this year.
THE MAIN MESSAGES FROM OWONRIN OGBE:
1. Ifa advises us to feed Esu and Ifa with two big kolanuts for financial success from Ifa and Esu. We need to take the issue of Esu seriously this year. The ebo materials include a mature he-goat, 201 needles, edible items, and Ifa leaves.
Doing this will give us victory over our enemies this year. Ifa also advises us to take good care of our personal belongings. Ifa promised that it would not allow thieves to rob us of our belongings. Ifa says we should tread carefully this year, and be cautious with our words, especially in the state where the ceremony is being held. Ifa also advises that we propitiate the Esu of the town. On this, Ifa says:
Otee re ile nyo
Oteere ile nyo
Ile n yo ara iwaju
Ki ero eyin funra
Dia fun Orunmila
Baba n sunkun pe oun o laje tantantan
Ebo ni won ni ki o wa se

2. Ifa says Esu has hearkened to all our pleas and will help bless us with Ire aje this year. Ifa advises us to resolve whatever conflicts within the organization. Ifa, however, warns those with intent to harm others to desist to avoid inflicting the same evil machinations on themselves. Ifa will protect us against external aggression.
3. Ifa says Esu has received all our offerings this year, and all our prayers have been answered. Ifa, however, warns every woman within the childbearing age not to abort pregnancies this year to avoid sudden death.
4. Ifa advises being careful with the kind of help we render to people to avoid regret. We need to apply utmost discretion when someone asks for our help, as such a person may be disguising themselves as helpless. Their true intention is to harm us. Ifa advises us to be collectively responsible for this organization. We all need to join hands to move this organization forward.
5. Ifa advises us to feed our individual Ori with a live catfish to ensure longevity and sound health. Ifa promises support and protection this year. On this, Ifa says:

6. Ifa says that in this life, nobody can succeed in exposing our secrets of success. Ifa says that some people will try everything they know to expose our secrets, but their attempt will amount to nothing, and instead we will continue to wax stronger and stronger by the day, and secrets will never be exposed to the opponents. Ifa advises us to offer ebo with three roosters and money. We also need to feed EsuOdara with one rooster and feed Egungun with another rooster. On this, Ifa says:

7. Ifa advises us to further our studies in Ifa and Orisa knowledge. Ifa warns charlatans and those practicing as babalawo but who are yet to be initiated into Ifa to desist to avoid the wrath of Ifa. Additionally, Ifa warns that any commercial enterprise that we know nothing about must be strictly avoided to prevent financial loss.
8. Ifa advises the need to offer ebo in the market square of this town to avoid a situation whereby someone would kill another person with a machete right in the market.
9. Ifa advises against divorce or separation this year, and that those who are getting married this year should offer ebo and venerate Ogun Alagbede so they can have a blissful wedding and marital life.On this, Ifa says:

10. Ifa advises that every member of ICIOS should venerate Esu with one mature he-goat in their respective homes to avoid negativities and misfortune on all sides. Ifa says that we need to take egbaafa from the money offered for the ebo and should be given to a butcher to avoid being the victim of death this year. On this,Ifa says:

11. Ifa advises every member of ICIOS to offer ebo so that they will not become victims of the evil machinations of the Elders of the Night. Ifa says that the Elders of the Night had entered into a covenant against some people. There is, however, the need for these people to offer ebo together with every member of their family with one matured he-goat, two big basins, plenty of palm oil, and money. There is also the need for the presiding awo to prepare an herbal soup with 200 jogbo leaves and dried catfish for them. On this, Ifa says:

Ifa says men should take good care of their homes this year and not send wives away from home, and also ensure that every wife outside their homes should be brought home. 22. Ifa advises our women to be tolerant and not work against their husbands. Our enemies are within. Ifa says that some women are secretly waging war against their husbands. They are advised to desist; else, Ifa will deal with them. Our women should work together and lift this organization. We should not harbor animosity towards each other. Let bygones be bygones. Ifa says that for 11 years, all the Irunmole that we have been propitiating are happy with us, but there is a particular deity that we seem to have ignored. They are the Iyami. 29. Ifa advises us to offer ebo for evil-minded ones who are always bent on following us about. There is a need to banish all negativities from our space. The ebo materials include eyele (domesticated bird), eye oko (wild bird), kola nuts, gin, and money. We also need to feed Esu as appropriate. On this, Ifa says:
Oro teere awo inu igbo
Adifa fun Orunmila
Ti awon Elese, Elegba yoo ma tele leyin kiri
Nje mo rubo fun eye ile, mo rubo fun eye oko
Eyin elese, eyin elegba
E pada leyin mi nigbayi o
Mo ma sebo Elese, Elegba eniyan
30. Ifa says that some people are planning to go on a business trip. Ifa says that the business will be very successful. Ifa however, warns us to be very careful with the way we relate to elders. We must never be disrespectful to elders, irrespective of the provocation. We must also be mindful of our utterances in order to avoid a situation where everything that we rely upon in this life does not go into ruin. Ifa advises us to offer ebo with four pigeons, four guinea-fowls, four roosters, and money. We also need to feed Ifa with two rats and two fish. On this, Ifa says:
Hukuhuku ni ti Oro
Geregere ni ti Alagemo
Ko si eni to modi ojo bi o se Sango
Pankere lawo ile Olubisan

A ni ki omode o toju ohun

Translation
Oro is known for its quavering sound
And the chameleon is known for its slow and unsteady movement
Nobody understands the working of the rainfall better than Sango
Pankere was the resident awo of Olubisan
Olubisan is the Awo of Erigimasa
We advised the youth to be mindful of their utterances
The youth refused to listen to the advice
Instead, the youth are concentrating on the improvement of their business
All the work that a youth did during the nighttime
And the one that he did during the daytime
It takes Esu Odara only one afternoon to destroy them
Esu-Odara, please do not destroy our Ire in life
The woodpecker was blessed with red plumes on its head
The other birds in the forest were complaining
What can they do about the case of the Areregosun bird?
Who has red plums all over its body
These were Ifa’s messages for Agba abiru kooro
When going on Ifa’s mission to the home of Alakole mesin
He was advised to offer ebo
He complied
Ifa says that I will be blessed with wealth
And I was blessed with wealth
Agba abiru kooro, the prediction of Ifa has come to pass
Ifa says that I will be blessed with a spouse
And I was blessed with a spouse
Agba abiru kooro, the prediction of Ifa has come to pass
Ifa says that I will be blessed with children
And I was blessed with children
Ifa says that I will be blessed with property
And I was blessed with property
Agba abiru kooro, the prediction of Ifa has come to pass
Ifa says that I will be blessed with all ire of life
And I was blessed with all ire of life
Agba abiru kooro, the prediction of Ifa has come to pass
31. Ifa says we shall be blessed with all the Ire of life. There is nothing that we are looking for that we will not be able to get. Ifa also advises us to take special care of Esu Odara on a regular basis. Doing this will ensure continuous success and accomplishment for us. Ifa advises us to offer ebo with three pigeons, three hens, three guinea-fowls, three roosters and money. We also need to feed Odo, the mortar, with one rooster while standing; we will feed Olo, the grinding stone, with one rooster while bending down, and we will feed Esu Odara with one rooster the normal way. On this, Ifa says:
Iduro ni won nfohun odo fodo
Ibere ni won nfohun olo folo
Ooro gangan laa fohun Esu f’Esu
Agadagodo gbaa
Dia fun Alausa
Ti nsebo ti ko f’Esu je

Translation
Odo the mortar is normally fed while standing
And olo the grinding stone is fed while bending down
Esu Odara is normally fed while in an erect position
Agadagodo gbaa
He was the awo who cast Ifa for Alausa
When offering ebo without propitiating Esu
He was advised to offer ebo
He complied
That of Esu is of primary consideration
Let us feed Esu
For Esu to go
